What are your hours of delivery?

Deliveries are scheduled 8am to 4pm, Monday - Saturday. Additional charges may apply for deliveries made outside of normal business hours.

What if we need to add more equipment or change an order after hours?

You can reach us after hours at our email address and connect with the appropriate staff the next business day. If you need to add items the day of your scheduled delivery, you may contact your representative listed on your rental agreement. We will do everything we can to include those last-minute items.

Do you have a minimum order for delivery or pick up?

Delivery is included for rental orders of $500 or more with a delivery radius of 10 miles. Additional fees will be charged if rental minimum is not met and/or mileage exceeds distance.

Do you offer set up and tear down services?

Yes, we can set up and tear down our rental equipment for an additional fee. Any tents 20x20 or larger requires RWR staff to set up and tear down for additional fees.

Special Package set up/tear down: The rental for special packages includes set up and tear down.

I’m looking for items not listed on your website. Can you help?

We will do our best to meet your event needs and are constantly creating new packages and adding inventory. Please inquire as items may be upcoming that are not yet listed on the website!

Do I need to clean the dishware or linens before returning them?

Any food debris should be removed from dishes, cook/serverware and linens and placed back into the containers or linen bags in which they were delivered in. See Rental Agreement for more information.

How do you clean rental equipment between uses?

We know many of our customers are concerned about harsh chemicals or have detergent sensitivities. We use all natural products on hard surfaces and detergents without fragrances or dyes formulated for sensitive skin. Soft fabric items that cannot be washed are placed in an ozone laundry system, used in fine hotels and hospitals, because it kills 99% of common strains of bacteria and effectively deodorizes fabrics.

How do I place a rental order?

Once you have reviewed the inventory and made your selections, your “cart” will be emailed directly to our office for review of product availability on your event date. We will contact you by phone to confirm the items selected, date and location of event, and a complimentary 15 min planner review to ensure we provide you with the best experience possible. Confirmation of details will be emailed to you with total price and rental agreement for your review. Signature of the rental agreement and deposit completes the process of confirming your date and items selected.

What happens if I have an outdoor event and it rains?

It is your responsibility to keep all rental equipment dry. Additional charges may apply if equipment is damaged due to water exposure. See Rental Agreement for more information.


Do you have deals or specials?

Yes! When you book two or more party packages for the same event, you’ll receive 20% off your total rental cost. This applies to all party packages, not just tent parties! Just let us know which packages you'd like to bundle when booking, and we’ll apply the discount for you! The 20% discount applies only to the rental cost of the packages. Tax and delivery fees are charged separately.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or package rentals?

Discounts may be given for larger package rentals. Please inquire directly to discuss your particular event.
